Who we are
Loveology AI (“Loveology”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Michael D Furnace LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. By creating an account or using loveology.cloud you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
Loveology is for adults aged 18 or over. You confirm your age during onboarding, and we may close accounts that do not meet this requirement.
Purpose and limitations
The service is educational and reflective. It does not provide medical care, therapy, diagnosis or crisis intervention, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services.
AI coach
The relationship coach uses an artificial-intelligence model to generate replies. Replies can be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for the decisions you make. Free accounts include a small number of coach messages each day; paid plans include more. Daily limits reset every day at midnight UTC.
No guarantees
Scores, archetypes and compatibility outputs are interpretive guidance derived from self-reported answers. We make no guarantee about relationship outcomes.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to monitor, coerce or pressure another person, to break the law, or to interfere with the service. Partner comparison requires the other person’s explicit, revocable consent.
Plans, billing and renewal
Paid plans (Premium, Couples and Professional) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, through our payment processor Square. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown when you subscribed until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change takes effect for your plan.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the Pricing page while signed in. When you cancel, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Payments are non-refundable and we do not give refunds or credits for partially used periods, except where the law requires it. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@loveology.cloud within 30 days.
Changing plans
If you switch plans, the new plan and price start at your next billing date.
Professional plan
The Professional plan is intended for qualified practitioners. Practitioner access is approved by us, and client data is shown only where a client has given consent, which they can withdraw at any time. Loveology is not a clinical record system.
Your content
You keep ownership of your answers, journal entries and other content. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
Account deletion
Deleting your account from Settings cancels any active subscription and permanently deletes your account and data. This cannot be undone.
Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms. If we make a material change we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and Michael D Furnace LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
