Privacy
This page is maintained by the Loveology AI team to answer common privacy questions. It describes current product behaviour and is not an independent certification.
What we store
Your onboarding answers, assessment responses, generated scores, journal entries, coach conversations, check-ins and subscription state. In this build, data is stored on your own device so you can evaluate the product before creating an account.
Consent
AI analysis, partner comparison and handling of sensitive relationship data are three separate consents. You can withdraw any of them in Settings, and comparison stops immediately for both people.
Analytics
We record privacy-safe product events (for example: 'assessment_started'). Journal text, free-text reflections and intimacy answers are never included in analytics events.
Sensitive topics
Questions about intimacy, family of origin and past relationships are optional and clearly marked. Skipping them only reduces confidence in that section.
Export and deletion
Settings includes a data export and an account deletion flow, each with a confirmation step. Deletion removes assessment answers, reports, journal entries and coach history.
